Getting to East PrairieFrom the North -- St. Louis/Cape Girardeau
Take I-55 South to MO-80 East (Exit 58 at Matthews). Follow MO-80 east for approximately 10 miles to East Prairie. From the South -- Memphis/Blytheville Take I-55 North to MO-80 East (Exit 58 at Matthews). Follow MO-80 east for approximately 10 miles to East Prairie. From Kentucky/Illinois via Wickliffe/Cairo/Ft. Defiance State Park Cross the Mississippi River via US-60W/US-62W. Continue on US-60W for approximately 12 miles to Charleston. Turn left onto I-57 S. Take Exit 10 from I-57S and turn left onto MO-105 toward East Prairie. Continue on MO-105 for approximately 10 miles. |
Main Street Party, Sweet Corn Festival and Tour de Corn Parking
East Prairie does not have metered parking, so most parking spots along the street should be available for your use during the festival events. Please note that the Main Street Party and the Sweet Corn Festival will take place on the block of East Main and S. Washington (the ferris wheel on the map) and those streets will be blocked on Friday and Saturday.
