GIDDY'UP, Y'ALL!
Join us for the second-annual 2023 Tour de Corn Bike Rodeo!  

We’re so excited to introduce our Saturday morning Bike Rodeo for kids aged 3-12. Working with our friends at the University of Missouri-Extension and 4-H, we’ll have bike safety, figure 8’s, weaving through cones…AND corn photos!

OVERVIEW
Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 10 AM - 1 PM.  The Rodeo will be held rain or shine (as safety allows) -- no refunds.  


Registration is available for ages 3 - 12 years old and HELMETS, SIGNED WAIVERS, AND AN ON-SITE PARENT/GUARDIAN ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RODEOERS. 

EVENT DETAILS AND SCHEDULE

Event 1 - Rodeoers aged 3-5 years
  • 9:30 a.m. - Check-in begins 
  • 10 a.m - Event starts 

Event 2 - Rodeoers aged 6-8 years

  • 10:30 a.m. - Check-in begins
  • 11 a.m - Event starts

Event 3 - Rodeoers aged 9-12 years

  • 11:30 a.m. - Check-in begins
  • 12 p.m - Event starts


PRE-RODEO CHECK-IN:
Rodeoers will have the opportunity to check-in for the 2023 Tour de Corn Bike Rodeo on Saturday, June 25, 2023, beginning 30 minutes before their event. 


Check-in will take place in the Family Life Center parking lot (320 N Washington East Prairie, MO) where the Tour de Corn ride starts and ends.

SAFETY: 
Our riders', volunteers' and community members' safety is among our top priorities each year.  
HELMETS, SIGNED WAIVERS, AND AN ON-SITE PARENT/GUARDIAN ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RODEOERS. 

TYPE OF EVENTS: 
Some of the events include: 
  • bike safety
  • figure 8’s
  • weaving through cones and other obstacles
  • And prizes!

START/FINISH LINE LOCATION: 
Rodeo takes place in downtown East Prairie at the Family Life Center at 322 Washington, the start and finish line of our Tour de Corn ride. 


PRE-REGISTRATION
Online pre-registration will be open until June 22.

PRICING & WHAT'S INCLUDED
For the first 50 registrants who pre-register by June 22, they are guaranteed a finishers medal.  Those who show up for on-site registration may not receive a medal. Online registration will be available through June 22.  
  • Pre-Registration (through June 10): FREE (guaranteed medal for first 50 registrants)
  • Onsite: FREE (though not guaranteed medal)

RODEO RULES
Participants/parents/guardians must obey all volunteers and rules or they may be asked to leave. 
No pets, roller blades, or headsets, please.  
​Please consider sunscreen for your children if needed.

NO REFUNDS........RAIN OR SHINE!

WATER STATIONS & REST ROOMS
We will have several water stations for kids and Rest Rooms available.  Ample parking is available along the streets near the Family Life Center.
